Don't have access to premium Realtime features anymore!

My name is Charles Everett, And I have been a RealPlayer customer for many years. I have upgraded my features at least 3 or 4 times, And my last paid upgrade was for the Real Time premium features that I paid $49.99 for. Now all of a sudden, I cannot access my premium feature on any of my computers, and when try to upgrade it, thinking maybe I lost my files somehow, It tells me to pay to upgrade! I've already paid for this program, And I used to have all of my features. I have had some computer issues dealing with the Windows 10 upgrade, and had to uninstall and reinstall that sorry operating system, but at some point I have lost my premium features and can't seem to get them back without being prompted to pay again. I should have the full premium features that I paid for. What is going on here, I'm not paying again for this program. And now I can no longer reach any Tech Support by phone to resolve my issues. Customer service is the most important part of maintaining a good customer base and you all have thrown that aspect out the door. Please respond!!
