downloader does not work after update

I just did the update for Realtimes and now it wont bring up the downloader for videos.

  If you are using Firefox, please note that we have a known issue with the latest version of Firefox. Our product team is working on resolving the issue. If you are not able to download videos from other web browsers also, recommend you to reinstall RealPlayer.
