Issue with playing music

I keep getting a message which says I need to close files in order to play music because of lack of storage. Was not a problem before I just purchased Premium. Can you advise?

  You will need to reinstall RealPlayer if you are seeing this message. It is quite possible something might have gone wrong with your library's database.
