RealPlayer update- NO support!!! Do not update.
I updated and it did not remember ANYTHING...I am having to reload my entire music (1.1TB) and all my playlists that I had thanks for NOTHING.
Should never trust this company.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. We tested this extensively in-house and never experienced this. I'll pass on the feedback to the product team.

you probably tried this already - (I sometimes overlook the most obvious) - so just in case - have you "signed in"

Wish signing in helped...sadly no. What it did was give me all the names (36 of them) to my playlists all empty now.
