realplayer not playing videos

My realplayer just stopped playing videos. I have reinstalled it and did everything I can think to do but it won't work. It will download alright but won't  play it back! I have Win 10 with Chrome and it was playing fine but yesterday just stopped playing.

  Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.
  
  As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.
  
  We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:

  I just purchased and installed RealPlayer.  It's not working for any DVDs.  I tried the download that was suggested to fix the bug - I can't even install the download.  Do you have other suggestions? At this point, if there is no fix, I want my money back!

  I have the same problem whatever Video I try to play Realplayer just freezes.
