no video to download

Cannot download video on YouTube as " no video to download " always appears.

I have tried restarting downloader to no avail.

What is the fix ?

  I followed all the instructions include restarting my computer. I opened real player, file and then searched for the video but it did not work. I either get "no video found" directly when I use youtube or I get "unable to download" when I use realplayer directly to find the video. What you recommend?

  Aggie,

  Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe

  1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

  2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

  3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version

  Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?

  Can you also go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade and let us know all the files and folders you see there? If possible, can you attach the file named RealUpgrade_18_1.xml and send it back to us, please?
