CD burner

cant burn cd's that play in a car. tried using the best discs. tried slower burn speed. tried converting to mp3 and I am exhausted after 5 hours of trying to get it to work. I just want my money back and since I purchased this today june 1st it cant be that big of n issue.

  i have a HPG250 laptop running the latest windows 10.Real Player suddenly is telling me that i dont have a cd player installed on this laptop. Well it was there the last time i looked and I havent uninstalled it..can you tell me why its started doing this ?

  Can you use your CD player on this PC using a different media player like Windows Media Player? It is quite possible something went wrong with  your CD drivers. If Windows Media Player is able to play CDs, it is quite possible that something went wrong with RealPlayer installation.
