RealPlayer has stopped working

This has been almost a routine since 2015. Every time I scroll through the library to find new songs for a play list, THIS happens. I am so sick and tired of having to waste time on this. All I want is to listen to some music of my own choice while I do other things like writing on my computer and every fucking time I get this. It has been going on for 2 - two years now and my patience is starting to wear mighty thin. The people who write these programs earn a healthy salary and all they can come up with is a program that cannot stay in operation? It is not a new problem, so I wonder what kind of excuse these overpaid hipsters have to offer? I will NOT recommend RealPlayer to any of my friends if this is the best they can do. Mind you: the earlier versions worked much better - and I have had RealPlayer for quite a few years now. The version installed now is the latest as far as I know, and it is as filled with problems as the one from 2 years ago when the reliability went out the window.
