Cannot login
I've deleted my facebook account, not realizing it was connected to my Realtimes account, and can no longer login to my Realtimes account. How can I get this resolved and, if I need to send an email to Realtimes, what is the email address I'm supposed to email it to? VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM ONLINE. PLEASE HELP.

Hello,
You can change login from Facebook account to email address:
1 - Temporarily reactivate your Facebook account.
2 - Then you need to create a password for your RealTimes account and after that you can disconnect it from your Facebook account. To learn how to proceed, click here: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/205522268
3 - Finally, you can delete again your Facebook account.

Is there anyway to do this (or have REAL tech support) WITHOUT having to "Temporarily reactivate your Facebook account". I can provide an email from the original email account to REAL tech support in order to authenticate that I am who I say I am

Are you trying to sign into RealPlayer PC application? In the sign in window, you will have 2 options. 1 is to create an account 2 is to sign in. Please look at the screenshot below. The circled area is what you need to click to sign in.
