i had that cloud for a while paying the $4.99 a month. But I still had a problem with the realplayer crashing on me. you don't have a help for online with the program. you can be in the middle of a something good and it tells you that realplayer has stop working. so you kneed to work a little harder at stopping it for closing on for no reason.
