Download Speed
Although I updated on Realplayer plus, my download speed is still very low. It is below 1 mbit per second.

It all depends on what speeds you get from your ISP. Can you do a speed test by going to www.speedtest.net and see what kind of download and upload speeds you get?
If your internet speeds are slow, RealDownloader can't downloader faster. RealDownloader speeds will be slightly lesser than what your ISP's download speeds are.

My download speed is about 11 mbits per second says speedtest. So I can't really understand why it is still so slow with real player plus when it should be unlimited. I payed about 35 Euro for real player upgrade plus and I am a little bit disappointed now.

Can you confirm that you are signed in with the email address you used when purchasing RealPlayer Plus. You will need to sign in to unlock your paid features.

My download according to Speedtest is ).42 Mbps but my RealPlayer Premium downloads at 0.43 Mbps. I used the right email adress so, what is wrong?
