Upgraded to 20/20 - issues using ROKU Real app
After upgrading to 20/20 on one of my workstations, I started to experience a degradation when viewing on my Roku device. It would freeze, recover, freeze, recover, etc. When I changed to another PC that I also have within Real for viewing, and had not been updated, I had no issues. I updated that PC today and now have issues viewing from there as well. Definitely something going on with 20/20

How are you accessing your Roku app with your PC? Can you please provide detailed steps? The Roku app plays videos that are stored in your Cloud and therefore has nothing to do with your PC app.

When I bring up the Real app via Roku, I have the ability to view to view videos I have stored on my hard drive in my Real downloads folder, as well as in my local video folder - I've been doing this for years. I can still access the videos without any issue, however when playing they stop and start - this occurred only after updating to 20/20. If I use Roku's app, and not the Real app to view the same video, it plays without issue which seems to rule out a network issue. I can also access via my Samsung TV without issue

We are not seeing any such issues with RealPlayer v.2020. Can you please follow the instructions from this link to install RealPlayer v.18 and see if the issue persists?
