Whole thing is failing

Downloader fails half the time.

Converter never works anymore (like absolutely DOES NOT WORK).

Delete function takes forever and must shut down and restart to see that videos have actually been deleted.

Why does every "update" cause total collapse of functions? Does the phrase "beta test" mean anything to you?

WTF?!!!

Do I have to go back to the old RP version to get anything to work again?

  Something may not have installed correctly for you. Please reinstall RealPlayer and try again. If the issue persists please let us know.

  No help at all. Link led to a page that was as ineffective as the new crap.

  Still stuck with the crap that does not work.

  Why can't you bozos TEST your shit before shoving it on us?

  Don,

  Right click on the English and click Save link if it is not working for you. It is most probably a browser issue that is blocking the link to download.
