I am paying $4.99 a month to Real Networks for Real Player Cloud.

What are the steps I should take to view contents of Cloud on my TV

Screen?   I also have Roku?

  Here are what needs to be done to view your files on the TV.

  Since you have a Roku, you can install the RealTimes app on Roku. Upload your videos or photos to the Cloud. The app in Roku will automatically see them and you can play.

  The other option is to open your Cloud content using Google Chrome and logging into your account. The link to RealCloud is https://realtimes.real.com/account#login

  You can use the Cast feature is you have a Chromecast.
