I have married and changed y email address and facebook name. How do I access my account. I thought it was a once-off payment. No way to contact customer support...A real rip- off if they make you pay again and again! Contact durow@thelight.co.za

  I have tried every way to get plus features but cannot. I have signed on google and have sighed in and out and in again and again but it willnot it just says realplayer not responding then shuts off i can download videos but cannot burn them because burner is disabled.please help me because the same thing happened with realplayer18 thankyou
