Downloader not workong
Downloader not working. Windows 10, McAfee Live Safe, VPN. On page load for 7 seconds never works. Must copy URL and paste to downloader. Video is found and displayed. Select to download and nothing happens. Tried turning off VPN and Live Safe with no help. Worked fine 2 weeks ago. Maybe RealNetworks needs to offer a refund??????? Please fix ASAP.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

You do have the correct version of the downloader.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download? And, also which web browser are you using?

I am using Microsoft Edge. It works using youtube but not porn.

We are aware of certain videos in Pornhub that has this problem. However, copying and pasting the URL in the Downloader box downloads the video.
The good news is that our engineering team has identified the problem and are working on fixing it. It will be available in the next release which is going to be pretty soon. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA.
