Problem after update
I have an annual paid subscription to RealTimes Premium. The version on my computer is RealPlayer (win 32) Version 20.0.2.308. I don't know if those are the same players. The RealPlayer on my computer appears to have been corrupted by the last update. It will not let me log in even with a password reset and the converter no longer works.
