Downloader not working

You do have the correct version of the downloader.

Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download? And, also which web browser are you using?

I am using Microsoft Edge.  It works using youtube but not porn.

I had no feedback from you whatsoever. To resolve my problem could take a long time.  I would appreciate going back to version (one that worked for me)  and get a refund to my MC.

  We are aware of certain videos in Pornhub that has this problem. However, copying and pasting the URL in the Downloader box downloads the video. 

  The good news is that our engineering team has identified the problem and are working on fixing it. It will be available in the next release which is going to be pretty soon. We should have this fixed in a day or 2.
