RealPlayer Downloader will not open completely

The app window never completely opens.  The Downloader icon appears in the task tray, but I cannot see the window to monitor progress or view previous downloads.

  Some Windows service is not allowing the window to open up. Can you please restart your computer and try again? If the issue persists, please let us know.
