i have bought two subscription and every time you up grade you want me to buy another subscription the ones i bought was suppose to be life time i can not keep buying every time you up grade because you do not mention this when you buy

    I payed last year for premium and now it's gone. I just deleted my account and i will never pay again. I will look for another player. This is disgusting. Ripoffs.

    We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18. If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.

    If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

    Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

    I'm having the same problem.  This is twice I have paid for the non-free option ($39.99), and now they want another $28 dollars. Really? What a rip! Are they running a scam or something?

    I'm using Media Player Classic Black Edition now. It's still being updated and it looks good as well. I finds subtitles for every video i watch it's awesome!

    We see an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features.
