I uploaded a video of mine to the RealPlayer cloud but I can't get how to get into their cloud.

About 5 years ago I had a video of myself in your cloud but now I don't remember how to access that cloud but I think it was through the RealPlayer software.

I appreciate if you can help me get these videos of mine on RealPlayer.

  We are not seeing any files uploaded to the Cloud account under the email address (wanadoo) you used in this post. If you have an alternate email address you could try logging into that. Please note: You should have a paid subscription to access Cloud storage. I don't see a paid subscription under this email address.
