RealDownloader doesn't work

I have version 2021.1.16.0 and I cannot download from anywhere. I have tried the fix that is provided in your support link but to no avail. I am a paid subscriber and I am willing to pay for yet another upgrade but will not if the downloader won't work.

  You do have the correct version as of now. Can you please provide a sample URL you are not able to download?
