Signing in with Facebook

Hi, When I try to sign in through Facebook nothing happens.  I click the Facebook button but no option to sign in comes up.  Looking forward to a solution!  Thanks in advance for your help.

  We have identified an issue with Facebook login and it has been escalated to the product team. 
  
  We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile, we can set a temporary password so you can sign into RealPlayer with your email address and password.
  
  Do you want us to do that? We will email you your temporary password and not share it here to protect your privacy.

  Christine,

  We sent you an email with your temporary password. You also have instructions on how to change it to a password of your choice.
