Hoe can I delete a closed email account?

  We will need the closed email address so we can delete it from our end. If not, you can do so by following these instructions.

  • Go to https://realtimes.real.com/ and sign in to your account.

  • Click your name on the top right corner and select Account Settings.

  • You will be able to delete the closed email address. If the account is associated with this email address, you will need to delete the account and recreate a new one.
