Poor Video Quality

This morning RP prompted me to update the RP. So I did asap.  Now the 2 videos i downloaded since the Update have POOR video quality. (I replayed older downloaded videos and THEY HAVE EXCEPTIONAL VIDEO QUALITY).  I did as RP suggested by going to Preference, then Hardware, then sliding the tab way to the left, clicked twice to save, then logged out.  I logged in and the 2 videos i downloaded since the Update STILL play badly.  Can you help me?

  Is this happening only to the 2 videos? What about any other videos you downloaded after the update? Can you please confirm.
