can not burn keep getting access denied

  First, make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your Premium features. This should unlock the ability to burn DVDs. Secondly, please insert a DVD disk in the DVD drive and ensure Windows is able to detect the disk in it. If Windows doesn't detect your DVD disk, RealPlayer also won't be able to. If so, it is quite possible you have a hardware issue.
