I CANNOT DOWNLOAD INSTAGRAM PLAYLISTS, I JUST PURCHASED THE LATEST VERSION AND IT IS NOT WORKING

I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE

  You can't download playlists from Instagram at this time. Since Instagram uses a different design of Playlists, our Downloader is not compatible to download Playlists from Instagram. This is being looked at by our engineering team and therefore until we identify a solution for playlists that are different to other normal playlists, you will need to download each video separately.

  Is this fixed yet? 

  I bought the paid version of Realplayer/Realtimes and it worked and then it stopped working. It is October 2024.

  Mary,

  You posted on a very old post. That was resolved many years ago. That said, we released a new version of the Downloader. Updating it should allow you to download from Instagram again.

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows
  3. Restart your PC

  The new Downloader should be installed by now and you should be able to download from Instagram again.
