Real downloader fails with "unable to download"
Real downloader worked find and suddenly stopped downloading. I tried on 3 notebooks windows 10 and all 3 behave the same. Looks like I'm able to download from youtube but not from facebook
I have a paid real player and real downloader,
real player version 20.0.3.314

I too am suddenly unable to download. I too paid and have version 20.0.3.314. I've attempted to contact, but no reply to my email other than thanks for the feedback.
Can someone tell me how to solve this issue.

Been having the same problem since the version 20.0.3.331.
same with 20.0.3.334 and not been able to download from you tube.
Nobody Listens, or any confirmation, they are working on the problem.

Still waiting for it to be resolved. New player must have a glitch. In any case, it's frustrating.

Is anyone reading any of the comments about "unable to download...no reply...no resolve...would be nice to hear from someone. Been a paid subscriber for many years now.
