Unable to download

Hello guys ,

I can't download from YouTube... Every time I push the blue button , I wait for a while and I can see that prosess won't go on saying ( ''unable to download''  with an X )     :( 

What is going on???!!! I use the path from  Real Player  ...file / open / URL  /ok  and then I push the button and then nothing!!!

 

Will you please help me out??? I use Google Chrome as default browser

  We identified the problem regarding the inability to download videos from YouTube and fixed it now. YouTube made some changes on their end so it broke our Downloader's compatibility. Here is what you should do to update the Downloader.

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action may still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows,
  3. Restart your PC.

  Now try downloading your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  yes i got the same problem since this morning, not able to download any videos or music from utube

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  I am unable to download a video that I streamed live on my own Facebook page. This has never happened before. What is going on, please?

   I am not seeing any indication of what version i have but RealPlayer says it is the latest version.

  any progress yet??? It 's been 3 days without any luck of downloading !!!! :(  So sad 

  Whta is gonna happen I don't know... 

  And I was preparing a usb flash of 16GB  with mp3 music for my car and for now is incomplete
