realplayer downloader not loading playlists

RealPlayer Downloader Version 20.0.3.314

Trying to download playlists.  Some playlists work fine, while other playlists from the same author do not.  I click "Download Playlist", the icon spins then it shows "0" videos. 

There are videos in the playlist since I can go down the playlist by hand and play each individual video.

These aren't videos that can only be seem by members or anything like that.  Like I said, I can go down the playlist by hand and watch the individual videos, I just can not load the whole playlist.

If the problem only happened with one author, I would think that the author didn't set it up right, but it is many different authors, different categories, etc.

I like being able to download playlist videos on to my laptop so I can access them while traveling.  Since some places I visit either don't have internet access or their internet access is slow and trying to watch a YouTube video on their internet is a act of frustration.

I have tried all the "tips" that are out there, but since this only happens on some playlists and not others, I am at a loss as to what might be causing it.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  If you are still unable to download videos, please follow these steps.

  Please restart your computer and try again. If it still fails, can you please follow these steps and try again?

  1. Open Internet Options from the search window.
  2. Under General Tab, click Delete in Browsing History and follow prompts.
  3. Close Internet Options.

  Once you are done resetting your Internet Options, please follow these steps:

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows
  3. Restart your PC

  
  Now try your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.
