Cancel an account

I am being charged $15.78 a month for a very old account I no longer use. I am not able to long in to the account. 

This month the $15.78 was charged twice:

04/12 04/12 REALPLAYER 2066742400 WA $15.78
04/02 OFFER 04 MOVED TO STANDARD PURCH $15.78

How do I stop this billing short of cancelling the credit card?
