Trying to record DVD Videos

I recently upgraded to Real Ver. 20. Get my videos ready and click burn an during the start of transfering the 1st song the program shuts down.

It's not space since I have 80 GBs on C\ drive.

  The following could be the reasons RealPlayer is shutting down.

  • Corrupted video
  • Incompatible video format
  • Bad installation of RealPlayer

  Can you reinstalling RealPlayer to make sure the installation is correct. 

  If it is a corrupted video, please try a different video. If it is an incompatible video format, please use RealConverter to convert the video to a different video format and burn the converted video.
