One Time Purchase

I made the one time purchase of the Real Player software.  A week later, the software was "updated" changing it to the extent that I can no longer use it.  The no refund policy says nothing about One Time Purchase.  Also, the "update" removed all my saved, but not exported videos that I created.  I would love to have back, what I originally purchased, but everything I have tried has not worked.
