  This error is mostly due to an issue with the hardware. To confirm, please follow these steps.

  • Insert a blank DVD disk into the DVD drive.
  • Open My PC and double click the DVD drive you see besides C drive.
  • If Windows says "Please insert a disc", it means that even Windows is not able to detect the disc in it and therefore it confirms that you may have a hardware problem.

  If you get a message "How do you want to use this disc", it is possible that your RealPlayer is not installed properly. Please reinstall RealPlayer.
