  You can always download and install RealPlayer from https://jp.real.com/. However, you should transfer your videos, music and photos from your old computer over to your new computer. You can use a flash drive or an external hard disk to transfer your files over.

  WIN8.1から、WIN11に買い換えたら、DVDの書き込みが、出来なくなりました。手続き等がいるのでしょうか？

  What error do you get? You should be installing RealPlayer 20/20. You can install it from here.
