Need to reinstall Real Player 20/20

I wasn't able to download YouTube video and thought wrongly that reinstall Real Player would fix the issue. When I tried to reinstall Real Play 20/20, it is requesting that I upgrade to Real Player 22 Premium, I no longer have access to Real Player 20/20 and no access to my private videos and other premium services I had! 

I do not need Real Player 22 Premium; How do I reinstall Real Player 20/20 with all the premium features I was enjoying before the ill-fated attempt at reinstallation?

  I restored my computer to an earlier restore point and Real Player 20/20 is working again.

  With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.

  1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
  2. Simply restart your computer.
  3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.
