Realplayer cannot download videos on this page
My downloader stopped working as well. I have version 22.01.307. I have uninstalled - reinstalled; logged out and back in. I have restarted RealDownloader and Desktop Service. Here is the version of the “videodl 2023.2.17.0” that I am running. In one of your other threads, there was a sample video to test, which I could not download. Here is a sample of the video that I have been trying to download Make Perfect Star Knobs with a Knob Jig | AllFlavor Workshop. I have tried downloading in both Bing and YouTube, neither one will work. Any help would be appreciated.

With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.
1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
2. Simply restart your computer.
3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.
