Also filing complaint against Real.com with FCC after this email to advise -- I AM SICK OF PAYING FOR THE DAMN RealPlayer 22 PLUS -- I have paid for this damn piece of software about 7 times over the past year. I have no idea what scam you're pulling, but I'm tired and turning it over to the FCC for investigation.
I want an answer/solution to this ASAP.

We see no account under Marshall@MarshallEClark.com. We do however see that you used your Outlook.com email address to purchase RealPlayer Plus v.18. This was purchased on 11/25/2017. We see you started a monthly subscription which was also cancelled back in 2017 besides this, we see no other purchases under this email address.
If you paid 7 times in the last year, please provide more information. Do you have an alternate email address besides these 2? What were the charges you had when you paid 7 times in the last year?
