リアルプレイヤーラウンドロードの不具合の件
二月十九日リアルプレイヤー開き音楽をCDにダビング使用開きますといつもの表示
で無くリアルプレイヤーはこのページの動画をダウンロードできませんその下に
CRLを入力して動画をダウンロードとメッセージが表示され音楽をダビング出来ませ
う様なすれば復活できますでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします

With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.
1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
2. Simply restart your computer after this.
3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.

oお手数をおかけいたします ご指示通りの作業してみましたがyoutbeの前と同じです youtubeの画面のうえの四角クイックしますと
次の様な指示がなされます
① ビデオ検索中
② ①が消えRealPlayerこのページ動画をダウンロードできませんURLを入力してダウンロードと指示されますda
③ yyoutbeのどの画面をクイックしましても同じです
④ ダウンロード出来る画面ありました（三山ひろしのどんこ坂）だけ普通ダウンロード出来ましたその他②の東リです
以上のような状態ですよろしくお願いします。
