Unable to verify email and check premium account

Hello, I want to verify my email on my account and I click the link on the Player but I never receive an email from Realplayer with a link to be able to verify. What do I need to do.

Also I paid for a premium account, but not sure if it still active or been canceled, and how can I reactivated to premium again.

  No need to verify anymore. Your account was cancelled on 11/26/2022. We couldn't charge you for the renewal. We sent you multiple emails requesting you to update credit card details. Failing to do so, your subscription was automatically cancelled. You are more than welcome to re-subscribe again.
