SOS! Downloader not working correctly
When I try and download a video I don't see the downloader in my browser. I downloaded the newest version. I restarted. I checked the task manager, and the downloader shows it's working there. I stopped it in the task manager and tried again. But all I see is a big white screen behind the browser that says downloader. There is only one option on that downloader which says I can adjust preferences and help which takes me to the support screen. I tried opening the downloader manually through the app, and I can open the player portion, but the downloader will only open the big white screen listed above. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Based on your description, it looks like RealPlayer installation didn't go on properly. Something is not installed correctly. We would like you to restart your computer and try again. If the issue persists, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
If it continues to behave the same way, please let us know.
