can't verify my account

Real Networks doesn't recognize my accour subscription but I can login through realtimes...however I can't verify my account.  The password reset and verify emails never make it to my inbox.  Yes, I've checked Spam.  Any suggestions

  We see you have your RealPlayer Plus 22 under willliambc3@ymail.com. Do you want to change the email address on your account? We are making changes to the Verify process. We can update your account with your new email address. Please let us know what your new email address would be.

  If you don't want to change email addresses, you don't have to go through the Verify process.
