Everytime I go onto the new realplayer I see it says Sign In. I go to sign in and get a white page saying on the top left corner "offline.html" and nothing else shows up. When I had v.18 I've never had so much trouble from that system, just a month ago I went to uninstall and reinstall v.18 and it says something went wrong therefore I had to go choose this 22. How can I get back in there? Or how can I stay logged into 22 like I was logged in all the time on v.18? Please let me know. Thanks

  same problem also ( im using the 20/20 version ) I dont want to update and have to pay again for the plus

  Alex,

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/8673259975835-Installing-RealPlayer-20-20.

  Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
