Files are downloading but never "Import". What is the problem. Also why is it so hard to find a place on the Website that a paying customer can submit a request to Customer Support when there iks an issue???
Real Player Real Times is downloading a file just file, but it never seems to get around to importing the files. Everything is just sitting in Limbo. Why>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Can you please us know if you have a download path? Can you please follow these steps and let me know the outcome?
- Open RealPlayer.
- Click the RealPlayer logo from the top left and click Download a video. (RealPlayer Downloader will open up)
- Click the logo from the top left and click Preferences.
Please make sure you have a path in the "Save local video files to:". Please select Videos folder and click OK.
Try downloading your videos again. If the issue persists, please let us know.0
