I got hacked by your last update.
after I downloaded this last update this morning, I got null. I paid my 39.99 dollars for a premium account and got kicked out of it when I downloaded this last update. What kind of scam are you guys running where people download your update and get null from signing into the premium account they pay for? I know that I got hacked because after I put in my email & password and weren't allowed to sign in, I put forgot password which I really didn't, but the screen said that it would send a new password to my email and I did this like 3-4 times and never got any email. This is a sham.

I would like for you to seriously remove the block you guys put on my account., by not letting me have the services I paid my 39.99 for. Quit trying to sell me a 24.99
service plan. I do know how server side authentication work. You guys must really be hurting for money or just simply looking for someone to milk like a cow. Your update did this, not an outside source, and if an outside source had done this you should have a record of some way of making it right. You should not be telling me that I am signed into your "server", show that I already have a premium account and negate that to sell me that 24.99 service. You guys need to fix this or I will call you out as the charlatans you are. Yes I will make a BIG stink about what you all are doing. I've already gotten all my screenshots of the mess you guys did to...again "authenticate" the false response of any concern on your part.

Your account is still active. We see that you have your RealPlayer Plus 22 under your hotmail address. If you are signed in under this email address, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer. If you are not seeing the star there, it most likely means you are not signed in with the correct email address that is associated with your paid account. If you are correctly signed in and yet being asked to upgrade, please let me know which feature you are using that triggers the upsell.
