プラスの料金支払ったのに

本日、Realplayerをアップグレード時に2739円支払ったの。インストールが止まったままだったので以前のRealをアンインストール後setup.exeを実行したら、インストールできたのですが、プラスは未だのもよう。再度、プラスの料金を求められた。金額はかなり高め。

  本日、Realplayerをアップグレード時に2739円支払いました。

  登録のメールアドレスは現在使用していない為メールが届きませんので

  変更したいのですが何処から変更すれば良いのでしょうか？
