Just got real player, and it is a pain

Cannot get past a message saying R6025 pure virtual and that stops  the DVD!! I thought this would be easy, but this is insane. I keep throwing money away, and all I want to do is make DVDs of my trip!!!

  Can you please send us a screenshot of this error? This seems to be a Windows error rather than a RealPlayer error. Screenshot would help to determine the root cause.
