    Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

    1.    Go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade.
    2.    Delete all the files found in this folder.
    3.    Restart your computer and click the Downloader button as you were downloading a video.
    4.    Now, the folder from the 1st step will be re-populated with similar files and one additional folder.
    5.    Restart your computer once more and you should be able to download videos again.

    If the issue still persists, can you please let us know the following information:

    Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
    Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

    Please provide us with the version number you see there.

    Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows have you installed?

    Thank you VERY much for the comeback.  Real Player works again!!  I really like this program and was afraid I couldn't use it anymore.  Again, Thank You.  Harry
