Delete duplicates

WHen I click on delete duplicates, Real Player takes about 24 hours, loads all my videos and then shuts down.

What gives?

  To clarify what I am clicking on is remove duplicates. The program shuts down on its own without me having a chance to delete duplicates.

  Sometimes RealPlayer shuts down if one or more videos in your library are corrupted. It would be hard to tell which is the faulty one. Anyway, please let us know how many videos are there in your library?

  2085, due to the fact that RP counts Live Photos from my iPhone as videos.
