No sound with RealPlayer playback

I downloaded RealPlayer Upgrade don't get audio on files I select from their source location through File Manager.  Windows Media Player and VLC both provide video and audio.

  Altough my Wondows 11 screen did not present exactly as shown I was able to follow to the Volume mixer screen that shows Real Player and an mp4 file stored on the laptop. RP has the same output setting of default as all the others do, with volume level at 100 and not muted. I still get no sound on this video. I will try to remove and reinstall.

  That is very strange. Can you please play a MP3 file and let us know if it is audible with RealPlayer?
